Chris Brown Named In New Lawsuit Over Fight With Frank Ocean, Entourage

Chris Brown can’t seem to catch a break or stay out of trouble. According to new documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday, Brown is being sued for unspecified damages stemming from the studio fight with Frank Ocean (and his entourage) in January.

According to the AP, Sha’keir Duarte filed the lawsuit Tuesday, citing assault and battery, claiming that he suffered a concussion, humiliation and mental anguish as a result of the attack at Westlake Studios on January 27.
Duarte also claims that he was beaten by a member of Chris Brown’s entourage, identified as “hood,” during the infamous (and silly) fight over a parking spot.
As widely reported earlier this year, Frank Ocean opted not to press charges, but did note that his finger was injured during the fight..
